Staples Rewards has four tires: Base, Base⁺, Premier, and Elite. Staples Rewards Base requires no minimum spend to enroll in. You will be upgraded to other three types of rewards depending on your minimum Staples purchase. Take a look at the required spend list to reach a certain tier.

How to Enroll In Staples Rewards Online:
There is no cost or hidden fees to participate in the Staples Rewards program. The more you will be able to spend the more and better benefits Staples will unlock for you. Also, the ongoing offer of Staples Rewards gives you 3 months of Base Plus benefits if you join the program now as a new member.
For enrollment in Staples Rewards, you must have an account at Staples.com. If you do not have one, you can register for a Staples Online account and join the Staples Rewards in the following way.
- Visit the official Staples website at www.staples.com
- Click on the “STAPLES REWARDS” link located at the upper left-hand side of the homepage.
- Or, go to the Staples Rewards page at www.staples.com/grs/rewards/programoverview
- Select the “Join Free Now” button from the upper middle of the page.
- A sidebar of ‘Create Account’ will appear on the right.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password of at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, number, and special characters.
- The “Sign me up for free Rewards” option will be checked by default. If not, consider checking.
- Choose the right option if you primarily shop at Staples for yourself or a business.
- Enter your phone number. (If for business, enter your organization and select the industry too).
- In the last, click the red “Create account” button at the end corner of the box.
Once enrolled, you can start earning rewards both online and in-store purchases by referencing your Staples Rewards member information.
How to Log In Staples Rewards Account Online:
After joining or if you have already enrolled in the Staples Rewards, you can sign in to your account online and get all the information about your rewards and membership. To log into your Staples Rewards Online Account, you can
- Visit the Staples Rewards webpage at www.staples.com/grs/rewards/programoverview
- Scroll down a little and click the “Sign in” link next to ‘Already enrolled in Rewards?’ in the middle.
- The login box will open on the right sidebar.
- Enter the Username or Email Address and Password linked to your Staples Rewards account in their fields.
- The “Keep me signed in” box will be checked by default to make it easier for you to shop at Staples and maintain your rewards account. Uncheck if you prefer to disable the facility.
- Click the red “Sign in” button to access your Staples Rewards account online.
Now, you can view your Staples Rewards membership information, status and, benefits; check available rewards earnings; review purchase history; access My Deals, and more. You can also set to pay by saving your payment info to your Staples account as well as can renew or cancel your Staples Rewards membership.
How to Recover Staples Rewards Online Account Access:
The existing Staples Online Account users, who have forgotten their login credentials and have difficulties accessing their Rewards info, can retrieve the User ID or reset the password.
To begin the recovery process, you can click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link below the sign-in button. Submit your email address and Staples will email your username or a link to reset your Staples Rewards Online Account Password.
