Haryana Public Service Commission Recruitment: In continuation of Advertisement No.01 of 2021 published on 13.01.2021 and Corrigendum dated 08.02.2021 published on 09.02.2021 in various newspapers inviting online applications to fill up 256 posts of Civil Judge (Junior division) in the state of Haryana.
It is hereby announced for the general information of the candidates that in view of the time lapsed in conducting the preliminary examination due to prevailing pandemic, it has been decided to invite online applications again from the candidates for the posts Civil Judge (Junior division) in the state of Haryana.
The eligible persons can submit their online applications till 15.09.2021 up to 11:.55 PM through the official website i.e.; http://hpsc.gov.in.
HPSC Recruitment Detail Notice:
The Haryana Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for 256 posts (239 actual posts + 17 anticipated posts) of civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Haryana civil Service Judicial Branch.
The candidates applying for the preliminary examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria for admission to the examination.
The HCS (Judicial Branch) Examination will be conducted in accordance with the provisions contained in the Punjab Civil Services (Judicial Branch) Rules. l95l as applicable to the State of Haryana. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be conducted in the month of October / November, 2021 tentatively.
The preliminary exam is to be conducted in April subjected to the availability of infrastructure etc and keeping in view prevailing conditions of covid 19 pandemic at that time.

Application Fee for HPSC Recruitment:
- For Male candidates of General category including dependent sons of Ex-servicemen of Haryana, Male candidates of general and all reserved categories of other States and Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 1000/-
- For all female candidates of general category including female dependants of ESM of Haryana only, for male and female candidates of SC/BC-A&B/ESM categories of Haryana and for female candidates of general and all reserved candidates of other states: 250/-
- For all Physically Handicapped candidates (with at least 40% disabilities), categories of Haryana only: NIL
Educational Qualification for HPSC Recruitment:
- No person shall be eligible to be appointed as a Civil Judge (Junior Division) unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University, established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India on or before closing date i.e.; 15.02.2021.
- The sportsperson plays for Haryana State at the national level or who is Haryana domicile and does not represent State or UT other than Haryana at national level are eligible for these posts.
- Different educational criteria and work experience needed for applying to different post.
