UPSC CDS-II Examination Online Form 2021: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct a Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2021 for engagement of eligible candidates to various courses to be held on 14th November, 2021.
Govt. strives to have a workforce which reflects gender balance and women candidates are encouraged to apply for this post. Candidates are required to apply online through the official website upsconline.nic.in only. The Online Applications (Part I and II) can be filled from 04th August, 2021 to 24th August, 2021 till 6:00 PM.
UPSC Recruitment Highlights:
A Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2021 will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 14th November, 2021 for admission to various courses. After successful completion of training, the candidates pass out in the rank of Flying Officer and will be entitled to the pay and allowances of the rank. Time scale promotions to the rank of Flight Lieutenant, Squadron Leader, Wing Commander and Group Captain are granted on completion of 2 years, 6 years, 13 years and 26 years of successful service respectively.
The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents will be taken up only after the candidate has qualified for interview/Personality Test.
The Commission has introduced the facility of withdrawal of Application for those candidates who do not want to appear for the Examination. The online Applications can be withdrawn from 31.08.2021 to 06.09.2021 till 6.00 PM. Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Combined Defence Services Examination.
Candidates are requested to report for SSB interview on the date intimated to them in the call up letter for interview. Candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date for submission of online application.

Application Fee of UPSC Combined Defence Service (CDS-II) Exam 2021:
- Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/-
- Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must possess a degree in engineering or any relevant subject from any recognized university will apply depending on the posts.
